  1. Parallel Operation of Generator Sets:Two 500KVA diesel generator sets are connected through a professional parallel control system to supply power to the load simultaneously. After parallel operation, the two units work in coordination, capable of outputting a total power of 1000KVA, effectively increasing the power supply capacity to meet the needs of high-power loads. The system can precisely regulate the output voltage, frequency, and phase of each unit to ensure the smooth superposition of power and avoid circulating currents caused by parameter differences, which could damage the units.
  2. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS):As a key component, the ATS monitors the power output from the mains and the generator sets. Under normal circumstances, the ATS is connected to the mains and directs the mains power to the load side. Once a mains failure occurs, such as a power outage, voltage sag, or frequency abnormality, the ATS can automatically switch to the power supply from the diesel generator sets within a very short time (usually in milliseconds) to ensure the continuous operation of the load. When the mains power returns to normal, the ATS automatically switches back to the mains power supply and controls the generator sets to enter the standby state, ready to respond to the next mains failure at any time.
